User Eligibility You must be a registered business entity and at least 18 years old to use our services. You must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy at all times. 4. Account Setup and Responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate business and contact details. You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes. You must not send spam, fraudulent messages, or violate WhatsApp's commerce or messaging policies. 5. Data Privacy and Security We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for any customer data collected through WhatsApp. You must ensure that user consent is obtained before sending promotional messages. 6. Pricing and Payments Service charges are billed monthly/yearly as per your chosen plan. Payments are non-refundable once the service is activated. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination. 7. Prohibited Activities You must not use the WhatsApp API to: Send unauthorized promotional or bulk messages (spam) Distribute content that is illegal, abusive, or violates any third-party rights Engage in phishing, fraud, or other malicious activities 8. Service Limitations and Availability We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp and Meta may impose limitations or suspend access at their discretion. 9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or WhatsApp’s policies. 10. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for: Loss of business, data, or revenue caused by interruptions Penalties resulting from misuse of WhatsApp services Any third-party claims arising from your use of our service 11.
